1. What is Template Hub?

Template Hub provides event-ready photo booth templates that require no design skills. Simply choose a template and:

  • Add text using our simple built-in text editor.
  • Or send the template without text and add it later in Canva, Photoshop, or your photo booth software.

2. Do I need Canva or Photoshop to use these templates?

No! Our templates are designed to be used instantly, with no editing software required. If you want to personalise your template, you can use:

  • Our built-in text editor (quick and easy)
  • Your photo booth software/app to add text
  • Canva or Photoshop for advanced customisation (Canva Pro required)

3. What is a “blank” template?

A “blank” template is not an empty image—it is a fully designed template with space for text. You can add text in multiple ways, including:

  • Using our built-in text editor
  • Adding text in Canva (Pro required) or Photoshop
  • Inserting text directly in your photo booth software or app

4. How do I access the templates?

Templates are not visible on the website without a client ID.

Once you have a subscription, you’ll receive a client ID to access the templates. After selecting a design, you will receive your completed template via email straight away. Simply save the template from the email—it will only be available to download for 7 days from the day it is created.

To avoid having to make it again, please save your template as soon as you receive the email.

5. What file format are the templates?

All templates are provided as transparent PNG files, making them compatible with all major photo booth software and apps.

6. Do you offer different template layouts?

Yes! We have a variety of layouts to choose from, designed to fit different photo booth styles and event needs.

If you see a design you like but need it in a different layout, email us, and we’ll work on adding it to the system as soon as possible.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot make layout changes immediately, so make sure you’re event prepared and request any necessary formats in advance.

7. Can I purchase templates individually?

No, templates are only available through our subscription plans. There is no option to purchase individual templates.

8. What subscription options do you offer?

We offer flexible pricing options:

  • £15 per month – Unlimited access to all templates
  • £99 per year – Unlimited access at a discounted yearly rate
  • £250 lifetime – One-time payment for lifetime access

YOUR ACCOUNT WILL USUALLY BE READY SAME DAY

 

9. What is your fair usage policy?

During your subscription period, you have unlimited access to our templates, but we expect fair usage.

⚠️ Downloading all templates in bulk is not necessary and is strictly discouraged.
Our system tracks each download and logs the client ID. Abusing the system by excessive bulk downloading may result in your subscription being cancelled without a refund.

Since templates are always available for download when needed, there is no reason to download them all at once.

10. Can I sell or share the templates?

No, our templates are for personal and business use within your own services. Redistribution or reselling is not allowed.

11. Do you offer custom designs?

At the moment, we provide high-quality pre-made designs, but we may introduce custom services in the future.
