This Privacy Policy explains how SpeakEasyVideo ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by TemplateHub, handles your information when you use our iPad application SpeakEasyVideo ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

SpeakEasyVideo is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third parties.

The following device features are accessed solely on your device to provide the core functionality of the App:

• Camera — used to record video messages. Video is saved directly to your device's Photo Library and is never transmitted to us.
• Microphone — used to capture audio during video recording. Audio is stored as part of the video file on your device only.
• Photo Library — used to save completed video recordings to your iPad. We only add to your library; we never read existing photos or videos.

2. Data Storage

All data — including recorded videos, custom splash screen images, frame overlays, and admin settings — is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Admin settings such as your PIN and recording quality preferences are stored using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults) and remain on your device at all times.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Names, email addresses or contact information
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Financial or payment information (payments are handled entirely by Apple)

4. Third-Party Services

SpeakEasyVideo does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your purchase data.

5. Children's Privacy

SpeakEasyVideo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App is intended to be used by event professionals and adults in supervised event settings.
